To make this oily and salty tuscan delight all you have to do is use our tuscan bread recipe and add olive oil and salt! Just remember that the olive oil and salt will need to go in with the dough and then also brush it over the top of the flat bread!
The olive oil and salt you’ll have to add to the bread recipe – The bread contains one tbs of oil and you will have to add another 2 and 2 tbs of salt.
After you’ve pressed the dough and created large holes with you fingers place the schiacciata into the oven.
Bake at 380° for 20 minutes and while the flatbread is still warm brush it over with as much olive oil as you’ll need and kosher salt.
