Taste n.5
is a v.i.food event that has fascinated the international foodie crowd for the past four years bringing this passionate community to Florence for three days in March.  Three days to explore and buy both traditional and modern eno-gastronomical specialties and not only -  Taste will be held from in March From the 13th to the 15th at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence thanks to Pitti Immagine and their refined taste (organisation and venue) and its collaboration with  Davide Paolini also known as the “Gastronaut”.

Take the “Taste Tour” to discover and try new foods and wines or jump into the “Taste Ring” where you can take part in very animated debates on trends and controversial matters on current international events, where journalists and experts moderate and try keeping things under control and yet passionate as we are (foodies) we tend to take these discussions away from the scene and onto the table – for this reason Fuoriditaste has been created. Fuoriditaste is a program of off-site meetings, where  food and wine events encompass the whole city of Florence, featuring the city’s restaurants, specialty food stores and boutiques, art galleries, theaters and museums. “Taste Tools” will display a wide range of designer utensils used in the kitchen and at the table. The “Taste Press” showcases books and other publications dedicated to food. Finally, at the “Taste Shop” visitors can purchase the foods they have tasted at the show.

This is just a “taste of Taste” I will keep you posted over the next weeks with further details on single products and events!
