Okay, so we’ve just finished pulling out our
tomato plants as their season is more or less officially over. They were sort of wilting, the plant was beginning to dry up and the leaves to lose a couple of shades of green. So here goes, a collection of recipes that kept us company in fast and light summery meals.
Most of which you’ll notice are also exceptionally Tuscan

I think that throughout the region the harvests have ended but if you want to try and look if there are any tomatoes in the farmer’s markets map and find the closest one to you….
