- 1 kg of leeks
- 4 tbs of evoo
- pepper
- 1 lt of meat broth
- 1 tbs of flour
- 4 slices of tuscan bread
Preparation Clean and finely slice the leeks. Saute the leeks in the olive oil and add the flour. Add the meat broth and leave to cook for 20 minutes. Serve over tuscan grilled bread and freshly ground pepper.
