Part of the Arezzo Tourist Agency and supported by the Province of Arezzo, the Arezzo Convention and Visitors Bureau is a non-profit organization whose objective is to bring meetings and conventions to Arezzo, to coordinate the services that are needed for successful events, and to promote the territory on a national and international scale as a destination for congresses and trade fairs, with the goal of increasing its popularity.
Arezzo Convention & Visitors Bureau is the reference point for anyone who wants to organize an event in the province of Arezzo. It offers objective consulting on all aspects of organizing an event - planning, local relations, choice of location best suited to the event, and coordination of all the logistics related to the event.
The Arezzo Convention & Visitors Bureau can also assist in finding and implementing the right strategies and projects related to the marketing and development of a product at an event; they can assist in the selection of the location and the services desired at the event; they can explore the demand and evaluate and assess the timing behind the event; they are responsible for creating a calendar of events in the area; they can monitor the effect of the meeting on the destination population and implement surveys about the congress once it is over; they can assist the growth of businesses by offering formational activities for particular business sectors.
