Madonna comes to Florence: tickets

'Following her performance at the Superbowl, we can finally announce the third massive concert planned in Florence this summer. The Boss will be at the Stadium on 10 June, Radiohead are playing at the Cascine on 1 July and we can now confirm that Madonna herself will be giving a concert at the Stadium on 16 June!' The announcement that pop icon Madonna will be playing at the Artemio Franchi Stadium was made official by Mayor Renzi on facebook.   

Madonna, who very recently had the honour of performing at the American Superbowl, will be in Florence on 16 June - 2 days after her concert in Milan.

Her lastest video, Give Me All Your Luvin' with M.I.A and Nicki Minaj, was released just a few days ago. Fans must now wait for tickets for her Florence concert to go on sale.

The last time that Madonna performed in Florence was back on 6 September 1987 as part of her 'Who's that girl?' Tour. On that occasion, 60 thousand fans flocked to the Franchi Stadium to see her sing.

TICKETS
Tickets for both the Milan and Florence concerts (Milan 14 June, Florence 16 June) will first be made available exclusively to members of Madonna's official Fan Club. Ticket sales through the Fan Club will begin at 10am on Tuesday 7 February until 3pm on Thursday 9 February;

American Express card holders will be able to get tickets from 9am on Thursday 9 February until 3pm Friday 10 February through www.ticketone.it/americanexpress; 

My Live Nation members (www.livenation.it) will be able to purchase tickets from 10am Thursday 9 February until 3pm Friday 10 February;

General ticket sales will begin at 9am Monday 13 February through www.ticketone.it and other authorised ticket dealers.
