Grotta Giusti Spa offer a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments. Inside the spa there is an area dedicated to Oriental treatments and disciplines aimed at helping clients rediscover their sense of inner harmony. Some of the activities carried out in this area where the air is perfumed with the smells of the Orient include yoga, Shirodhara, Shiatsu for couples and Thai massage. Dao-in is also offered, as well as a self-massage technique which improves energy levels and simulates the internal organs. The ancient Chinese technique of Qi-gong is also used. This is a form of gentle gymnastics which boosts the immune system and simulates the internal organs. It includes a series of physical, mental and breathing exercises to help the nervous system and delay the aging process.

Grotta Giusti Spa also offers many other wellness treatments such as Cromo and Musicotherapy, beauty treatments to heighten the luminosity of the skin and massages with essential oils.
