Carrara Fairs and Meetings

IMM (International Marbles and Machines Carrara S.p.A.) was created in 1978 with the goal of becoming a major reference point for people working in stone and for Italian and foreign project designers. Their focus has always been on the wide range of businesses connected to stone workers, from advertising to research to technical consulting.

 

IMM monitors the movement of marble around the world. CarraraFiere handles the trade fairs for the Marina di Carrara, which measures 95,000 square meters, 34,000 of which are covered. It organizes events of their own design as well as others’ shows, both national and international. Two of its most important annual events are CarraraMarmotec and Fiera Internazionale Marmi Tecnologie e Design.
