"Vetrina Toscana": An appointment with great food

A trip through food and wine and traditional Tuscan dishes

Tuscany is the land of art, culture and incredible landscapes—but also of great food. The “Vetrina Toscana” brand is synonymous with the excellence of the food from a region proposing an entire itinerary for seeking out taste. A guide that will take you from restaurant to restaurant and the best workshops in the area, characterized by traditional and quality productions.
Restaurants and workshops—500 restaurants and 200 food producers have been selected to represent the best in regional production. These are the places that serve traditional local dishes that come from ancient recipes where the connection with the area and authenticity are the most important. From the “seafood cuisine” to mountain dishes, this is a cuisine renowned the world over. The DOC wines, DOP extra virgin olive oils, ecological and traditional products are the protagonists of the table.
Not to miss—April 8th kicked off a series of events at Villa Montalto in Florence with an evening dedicated to a meeting between producers and high quality restaurants. Menus were presented that will be available in local restaurants until May 9.
