Built at the end of the 1920s on a project attributed to Belluomini, the building has a decidedly Dèco feel, both in the whole composition as for its decoration. The monumental impressiveness of the mass is marked by the stylised sign of the pilasters that divide the volume into three parts, shown by the terraced fronton.
