Spotlight on Chianti's Cycling Park

Bicycle lovers will find their earthly paradise at Chianti’s Bicycle park.

Enjoy 400 km of asphalted trails, far from the city’s noise and traffic or try your hand at mountain-biking along the area’s gravel roads which wind throughout woodsy spots and hillsides. Even beginners can have a go—slopes never exceed 900 meters.

In Castellina in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Gaiole in Chianti, Radda in Chianti and Greve in Chianti, you can truly experience the area’s natural beauty and experience its art, food, wine and folklore. For more  info, visit: www.parcociclisticodelchianti.it.

Real aficionados can participate in a noteworthy vintage cycling tour of the territory surrounding Siena. On October 3, cyclists are gearing up for the excitement of a race made up of 4 itineraries. For more info, visit: www.eroica-ciclismo.it.

During the Chianti Classic Race, scheduled for June 6, expect 4 itineraries departing from Castelnuovo Berardenga. You won’t want to miss the area’s fortified medieval hamlet or toasting with Chianti in one of its famed wine cellars. For more information, visit: www.parcociclisticodelchianti.it/cclassic.htm.
