This typical bread is baked in a wood-burning oven. Its dough is made with an electric mixture and then it is formed into loaves by hand. The bread is then placed on wooden tables and left to rise under linen cloth. Typically, wood-burning stoves are fueled with selected types of wood—broomsticks work best! The bread is always baked in an oven that has previously been cleaned by a brush.
