4 days /3 nights He tour starts off in Pisa for a three days long route along the Etruscan coast; overnights in Pisa, San Vincenzo, and Castagneto Carducci. Highlights: the towns of Pisa and Livorno; the rocks of seashore in Marina di Pisa, the cliffs in Calafuria and along the coast south of Livorno; the Gulf of Baratti and the Etruscan necropolis in Populonia; the suggestive hamlets of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci; the wildlife reserve of Santa Luce. Programm: On the first day: arrival at the Hotel in Pisa; free time to visit the town, dinner in a restaurant in Pisa and overnight in Hotel. On the second day: delivery of the Vespa to the Hotel, little briefing and departure on Vespa, following the route as given in the roadbook, through Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia, Livorno, and the way along the coast to San Vincenzo; check-in at the Hotel, dinner in a restaurant in San Vincenzo and overnight. On third day: the itinerary leads to the Gulf of Baratti and returns to north, through the inland road, and arrives at Castagneto Carducci; check-in at the Hotel/Farmhouse near Castagneto, dinner in a restaurant and overnight. On the fourth day: return to Pisa through the Strada del Vino (Wine Road) della Costa degli Etruschi, with the little hamlets of Bolgheri and Casale Marittimo, and through the natural park of Santa Luce; arrival in Pisa and drop off of the Vespa. * The routes as given in the roadbooks are unusual and away from mass-tourism, but are very interesting to discover the amenities of this part of country and its cultural, not yet wellknown, treasures.
