Description of the offer / Vacation programme: The Uffizi Gallery is one of the most famous museums in the world, and it is housed in the former “uffizi” or “offices” of the Medici Family. Your knowledgeable guide will explain the works of the greatest artists from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance: Cimabue, Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Titian, and many more. You will recognize and see original world-famous paintings that you have seen all your life - in books, magazines, and on TV close up. You can learn the secrets of the artists’ craft, techniques and tools. Looking at the most famous artworks of the period, you can understand why Florence is the birthplace of the Renaissance.You can remain in the museum until closing time, so you have plenty of opportunities to make your list of personal favorites---BY RESERVATION ONLY (TOUR WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE AND FROM 1 PARTICIPANT ONWARDS -----WHEN:Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from NOVEMBER 1st 2011 to MARCH 31st 2012-----Daily from Tuesday to Sunday from APRIL 1st 2012 to OCTORBER 31st 2012---------TIME: 3:30 pm ---------- LENGTH: 2 hours-----FEES : €32 per person.(free for under 6 year-olds)------PRICES INCLUDES: guided visit, entrance and reservation fees earphones for groups with more than 15 participants

Services excluded from the costs of participation: Price does not include lunches, tips, or anything else that is not expressly mentioned as "included in the price".
Cancellation Policy: All client cancellations must arrive in writing at our e-mail address info@florenceandtuscanytours.com to be settled as follows: • Cancellations of bookings for guided visits, excursions, and tourist services as advertised in the catalogue which reach us in writing up to 8 days before the date of the tour, will be reimbursed free of charge. • • If you cancel 8 to 2 days before the date of the guided visits, excursions, and tourist services as advertised in the catalogue, with the exception of the tour of the Vasari Corridor, we charge you 10% of the total fee. In the case of any later cancellation of your guided visits, excursions, and tourist services as advertised in the catalogue, with the exception of the tour of the Vasari Corridor, you are liable for the entire amount paid and will not be reimbursed. As regards the visit to the Vasari Corridor, bookings cancelled up to 15 days before the date of the tour will be completely reimbursed. No reimbursement will be given for cancellations that reach us 14 days or less before the date of the tour. Clients arriving late will not be reimbursed for the missed visit, nor will a client who gets separated from the group during the visit or who does not complete the visit. In case of cancellation of a tour by Florence and Tuscany Tours for reasons of force majeur, clients will only be reimbursed for the amount paid for the tour. Florence and Tuscany Tours is not responsible for any additional costs in connection with the reimbursement.
