Cancellation Policy: The reservation is confirmed only on receipt of a deposit unless otherwise agreed with management. The amount of the deposit will be calculated according to the length of stay and it will be established by the direction. The deposit could be sent with bank transfer: the dates will be provided together the amount by the direction. In the event of any cancellation or in case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. For bookings canceled within 0 days before arrival day apply a penalty of 100% of total. For bookings canceled within 7 days before arrival day apply a penalty of 70% of total. For bookings canceled within 15 days before arrival day apply a penalty of 50% of total. For bookings canceled within 21 days before arrival day apply a penalty of 20% of total. In case of no-show it will be applied a penalty of 100% of total. A free cancellation is possible only up to 30 days before arrival. Delayed or earlier arrival, according to the reservation, gives no right to the guest for an anticipated or delayed departure. In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure according to the settled days, the client will have to pay the equivalent price of the room only, for all the days reserved.
