To celebrate the start of the Tour de France in Florence, La Veranda offers a special price to anyone who will rent the house between 24 June and 7 July.

La Veranda is located one hour far from San Godenzo and the Tre Faggi Pass, where the Tour de France champions will pass.
It is located one hour and a half from Cesenatico, where the tour will begin again the next day.
La Veranda is a big house of 150 square meters, it has two bedrooms with double beds, there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen for cooking. There is also a veranda where you can dine outdoors, a terrace, a garden and a private courtyard. La Veranda is an excellent starting point for hiking trails and an excellent stopping point for bicycle trips.
From the bedroom it is possible to see the fortress of Castiglionchio, the ancient ”Castris Leonis” quoted by Italian famous writer Machiavelli and poet Dino Campana.
Pet friendly: pets can enjoy an entirely fenced garden, but they can also access all the spaces in the house.
Bike friendly, cyclists are welcome: for you we have a space on the ground floor, where you can keep your bicycle sheltered and a parking space in the private courtyard.
For those staying at the Veranda, there will be the opportunity to taste typical Tuscan-Romagna dishes by booking the restaurants in the area.

Cancellation
and no-show policies
The amount of the rent can be paid at the location when the keys are collected. In case of no-show you will have to pay 50%. If the cancellation is made within three days of the scheduled arrival, nothing will be due.
